Return Policies

  • Software License Return Policy
    • As downloadable software has no physical assets, software and software licenses are subject to the Limited Non-Refundable 30-Day Return Policy.
  • Limited Non-Refundable 30-Day Return Policy
    • Return for refund within: non-refundable.
    • Return for replacement within: 30 days.
    • Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same item.

Order Policies

  • An order is not binding upon AJD Productions until it is accepted; AJD Productions must receive payment before an order will be accepted. The customer may make payments as indicated under "Payment Methods".
  • Payment Methods
    • Paypal (Paypal account required for this payment method)
    • Credit Cards (accepted through Paypal; Paypal account not required)
      • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
    • No Checks, C.O.D.s, eChecks, or Purchase Orders please.
  • Sales Tax
    • Sales tax is only required for orders shipping into states where AJD Productions may have a store or shipping center. Therefore all orders shipping into New York will be charged applicable sales tax according to the area’s tax rate. Intangible/digital goods are not subject to New York state sales tax.
  • Security
    • Since all payments are processed through Paypal’s merchant gateway, security and privacy measures are subject to Paypal’s service policies.

Store Policies

  • Product Listings
    • AJD Productions strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, photos/images, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links, and any other product-related information referenced on AJD Productions. In the unforseen event that a product listed on AJD Productions is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, AJD Productions shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct, and/or remove the inaccurate information.
  • Product Warranties & License Agreements
    • All products are subject to the individual warranties and license agreements accompanying the product in question, unless otherwise noted in the AJD Productions store policies.
    • All Products are sold "As-Is" or "With All Faults". The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer.
    • AJD Productions does not take the responsibility for lost time, damages, injuries, or otherwise unintended, unfavorable results or consequences for any products. This responsibility is with the buyer.
    • AJD Productions will make a best faith effort to amend issues of quality and performance for active/current AJD Productions products. Discontinued/archived products or discontinued/archived versions of products are not subject to this policy and are presented "As-Is" or "With All Faults".
  • Processing Time
    • You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are available and there are no problems with payment verification. If there is a problem, please use the contact information on the "Contact Us" page.

Privacy Policies

  • AJD Productions respects your privacy. AJD Productions will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone execpt in accordance with state and federal laws. All of the information obtained from our website will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mails you will receive from AJD Productions are updates to any recent orders and/or returns.
  • Information Collection and Use
    • AJD Productions is the sole owner of information collected on this site. AJD Productions does not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in the store policy.
  • Orders
    • During the order process, you will have to provide financial information such as your Paypal account, credit card number, and/or expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. To properly process your Paypal or credit card information, the merchant gateway service (Paypal) will use this information for payment authorization and approval.
  • Cookies
    • AJD Productions may rely on information provided by the cookies generated by the online store. If you chose to reject the cookie, you may still browse the store, but you might not be able to use the shopping cart to buy merchandise.
